So a smooth transition took place in the mid 70's starting with the term Top Rocker we used that to call our selves when we danced on the top we was Top Rocking. Came from the term on the motor cycle clubs or gangs jacket the top symbol or name was a top rocker also adopted from the military.. Bottom Rocker of the jacket was a term used very short lived until it was changed but the changing of the term so fast in gang life would ave lead to more violence through out the gangs were they made a truce to hold these events called jams. So the term used to go down to the floor was Bottom Rocking is when you do drops and shuffles and footwork but was called Bottom Rocking first.. MC for decades and year's stood for Motor Cycle. But after a while the term MC was adopted and changed to Master Ceremony and that what became street jams = Hip Hop For many hundreds of years people often tend to take from the old customs culture religion or language some terms and add them to the new customs. But at one point when it's not needed no more they do away with the custom and the transition is complete but lose the whole history of heritage as resulting in this being done. When they see fit when the people are ready for the change with out them even know there was a heritage before them that was in place for years decades and has to be always remembered .. Baby skull I was and I never forget were I came from people or roots. Hollywood would talk to us and Manny Big influence in my life regardless what they say you don't have to be scared in our neighborhood. To live out life with protection is unity. But at the end they did change there ways. For a better life and did live good at one time and never forget were you come from. That will bring you into a better life. Community work and peace will eventually bring in a new era what they call hip hop. Stop the violence. But now hip hop is even violent so were do you go when you merge gangs to hip hop.
