| The Float is a move that Powerful Pex made up by perfecting. The Turtle which was slow and sloppy with no Balance Pex was able to keep control of his body movement and not wobble or do it sloppy. And Speed was the far most important and floating around stationary position. Gave you the illusion of floating around the floor in a circle with just the back showing considered one of the first powermoves. In 1982 in Spin Easy I caught the attention of Buck 4 and taught him the secret of floating which he used the movie in beat street.
