.Flares.
Powerful Pexster was good in judo and Then he joined Gymnastics in John F Kennedy High School.
In 1982 Gymnastics team but all along just focusing on moves that would look good for Breaking,
from gymnastics  he used certain moves in Bottomrocking/ Breaking or B-boying.
Not all  gymnastics moves can transition smoothly into floor rocking moves.
Pex was very cautious at first stating that gymnastics is Not Rocking it's different but Pex would
take only moves that were close to the floor so they wont know.
The difference and really was the secret to starting to incorporated flares in breakdancing/Rocking
Powerful Pex  did have what he called the  flare 3/4 around to footwork again alot of Breakers saw
this move in 1982 at Skate Key and Spin Easy and some Breakers saw this move identified it and
did practice the full turn around like in Gymnastics.. Thomas Flares But being original and making
it look like a original different move with Flavor and the illusion he kept the concept of what he
did.. The Breaking style Flare Always doing the move with his style and finesse he had so many
combinations after that move and Virgin aka Circles Flare 360 to Neckmoves or Headglides and
more combinations. Was a great transitional move with style. With his legs tucked in like.
Circle track Flares or Bridgeflares..... The names I name it are my names

Would do Routines after Lil Lep saw the move he wanted to do it to then in 1984 Lil Alex was the
one that took it to the next level.
Powerful Pex don't mind since he was going to be.
A NYC Breaker his skills was 2nd generation moves powerairmoves.
And to this day is still doing the original move done as a A Bboy Rocking style should do it.
Link; Here to see the others Flares created after.
